Superagentic AI Featured on UKAI Podcast: How Agentic AI Will Rewrite Businesses in the UK and Beyond

Agentic AI is rapidly becoming the next major shift in how businesses operate, make decisions, and build technology. On 17th October, 2025, I had the opportunity to dive deep into this transformation on the UKAI Business of AI Podcast with UKAI CEO Tim Flagg where we explored how agentic systems are reshaping workflows, organisations, and entire industries. This episode captures not just the technology, but the mindset behind why Superagentic AI exists and what comes next for the UK and the world.

A Founder’s Journey: From Apple to Agentic AI

The conversation begins with the story behind Superagentic AI , my background and contribution to London tech community and my roles also  why I walked away from Apple and jumped fully into Agentic AI. The motivation was simple: the next evolution of AI was emerging. The shift is too big to ignore. I wrote in details about my journey from Apple to Superagntic AI.  This is the foundation on which Superagentic AI is being built.

What Superagentic AI Builds: Products + Solutions for the Agentic Era

On the podcast, we discussed how Superagentic AI serves two groups:

1. Products: Technical Builders

We develop full stack agentic frameworks, tools, and orchestration systems that empower engineers to build reliable and safe agentic workflows.

2. Solutions: Enterprises and Businesses

We help organisations understand what agentic adoption really means,  from privacy and compliance to risk, security, data strategy, and change management. Agentic AI requires more than models. It requires architecture, safety, oversight, and the right business design.

Agentic AI Is Rewriting Business Models

One of the most important parts of the discussion was how agentic systems are beginning to reshape, Decision making, Ownership of workflows, Software procurement, Build vs Buy strategy, Internal operating models. Traditional SaaS assumptions no longer fit neatly. For many organisations, a tailored agentic solution may deliver more value than a one size fits all software product. And that shift is creating serious pressure for business leaders. Many are unsure whether to build, buy, wait, or simply try to keep up.

Where Agentic AI Is Already Working: Coding Leads the Way

A standout moment in the podcast was the discussion on coding agents. This is currently one of the strongest and fastest evolving agentic use cases:Autonomous code generation, Refactoring, Debugging, Test generation, Full feature development. These systems are not just assistants, they operate as independent coding units that can outperform traditional workflows in speed and consistency. This is only the beginning.f

London Agentic AI Community: Builders Leading the Next Wave

We also talked about the rise of the London Agentic AI community  now with more than 1000+ members and growing rapidly. This community represents engineers, researchers, builders, and founders who are experimenting with real agentic systems every day.
It has become a hub for learning, sharing failures, understanding patterns, and staying ahead of the global agentic momentum. Community will play a crucial role in defining how Agentic AI evolves in the UK and beyond.

Build vs Buy in Agentic AI: A New Framework for Enterprises

Enterprises everywhere are facing a new dilemma: Should they build agentic systems internally or rely on external solutions? Agentic AI changes everything: workflow ownership, risk, data flow, compliance boundaries, and oversight protocols. We unpacked how organisations can navigate this decision and why rushing into generic tools may create more long term risk than value.

Privacy, Compliance, and Safe Adoption

One theme that consistently emerged throughout the conversation was responsible adoption.

Agentic AI requires: clear oversight, transparent decision boundaries, strong compliance integration, privacy safeguards, operational controls. Without these foundations, no business large or small can adopt agentic systems confidently.

The UK’s Position: Opportunity, Sovereign AI, and Strategic Investment

We also explored the UK’s global position in agentic innovation.

Key topics included the need for Sovereign AI capabilities, government leadership and investment, the UK’s strengths in research and responsibility, the growing momentum toward national readiness, comparisons with the Bay Area and other global hubs. The UK has the talent and the ambition. The right ecosystem and policy support will determine how quickly it can lead. We highlighted the work Mr Kanishka Narayan is doing bring the tech back to UK and have energy to get this right.

Looking Ahead: The Future of Agentic AI

The episode closes with a forward look at what comes next a generation growing up in an agentic first world, businesses reinventing themselves through autonomous systems, the shift toward continuous learning and adaptation, a world where AI becomes a strategic collaborator, not a tool The agentic shift is here, and we are not going back.

We ended this episode with keep learning and think of future our kids and society, make them aware whats coming and keep learning. Also we shared vision to exhibit the Superagentic AI and its products to the conferences in the San Francisco and around the world.
